What began as an unfinished lower level became a fully integrated extension of the home—purpose-built for entertaining, everyday living, and total relaxation. Designed in close collaboration with the homeowner, this comprehensive renovation features multiple distinct zones, each tailored to support the family’s lifestyle: from wellness and gaming to hosting and overnight guests.
Modern finishes and smart technology come together to create a space that feels refined, functional, and anything but secondary. Durable yet stylish polished concrete flooring runs throughout, grounding the design with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. A dramatic home bar with waterfall island anchors the entertaining space, complemented by a family game area and multiple seating zones for gathering and unwinding.
Additional highlights include a dedicated home gym, gaming/computer room, and a new guest bedroom with custom built-in cabinetry, along with a fully remodeled bathroom designed for comfort and style. A full AV entertainment system was integrated across zones to deliver high-performance audio and video wherever it's needed.
Lighting design and control were foundational to the project, with architectural lighting, LED accents, and full system integration via Savant and Lutron. Every detail was considered—from infrastructure to furnishings—for a result that’s as seamless as it is stunning.
